Serving as Mayor of Pelham Manor is a passion for Jennifer. Having grown up in this cohesive community, she is honored to serve her friends and neighbors. In discharging her duties, Jennifer works closely with the Village administration and personnel. She also regularly represents Pelham Manor with constituents and outside agencies at all levels. As Mayor, Jennifer has promoted fiscal responsibility, while spearheading communication, staffing and sustainability initiatives. During her tenure, Pelham Manor has remained New York State Tax Cap compliant and debt free. The Village boasts a low fiscal stress score and consistently receives a favorable rating from the New York State Comptroller. Last year, the Village improved its fiscal stress score again! Jennifer is particularly proud of key strides made in Pelham Manor’s service departments. A Pelham Manor resident for nearly twenty-five years, Tim proudly serves as Trustee and Fire Commissioner for the Village of Pelham Manor. He is delighted to run for re-election in the Village where he has raised his family. Tim has an impressive record of service to the community, including substantial municipal leadership experience. Prior to joining the Pelham Manor Board, Tim served as the Pelham Town Clerk for two years and as a Pelham Town Councilman for eight years. Tim is a long-standing member of the Pelham Civic Association, where he ran fundraising for many years. He currently serves as the President of that organization. With comprehensive experience in professional accounting and trading, Tim promotes Pelham Manor’s record of fiscal responsibility. Having previously served with distinction on the Pelham Manor Zoning Board of Appeals, D.J. is delighted to serve as the Pelham Manor Trustee responsible for administration, finance, and planning. D.J.’s duties as Trustee also include inter-governmental relations. In furtherance of those functions, he regularly attends community events and is in close contact with other elected officials. Leaning on his extensive skills as a financial professional, D.J. furthers Pelham Manor’s strong record of fiscal responsibility and debt avoidance. Over the past two years, he has worked closely with the Village Manager, Village Treasurer, and outside accountants to enhance Pelham Manor’s established investment policy. In addition, D.J. has been an instrumental force in Pelham Manor’s ongoing efforts to upgrade technology. The Manor Leadership Team has a demonstrated record of sustainable and progressive environmental programs and initiatives to serve our neighbors. We remain committed to best environmental practices and oversee a comprehensive waste management program, continually adding to our environmental and sustainability initiatives.
