Deputy Mayor and Police Commissioner. Re-Elect for Trustee. I am delighted to seek re-election as Trustee in the Village Pelham Manor. First elected in 2018, I am proudly Pelham Manor’s Deputy Mayor and our Police Commissioner. I work closely with residents, administrative officers and law enforcement. Local municipal service is a rewarding extension of my commitment to our residents, and it would be my honor to serve for two more years. I was born in the Bronx to Irish immigrants who taught me the value of community. My husband, Tom, and I moved to Pelham Manor in 1997 because we knew we had found our home. We raised six children here, all of whom attended Pelham Public Schools. My extensive record of local community service includes tenures with PACT, Prospect Hill’s Site-Based Council and the Girl Scouts. For 25 years, my family and I have called Pelham Manor home. We live in a warm, unique, and neighborly community where our children walk safely down tree-lined streets. Having raised my family here, I am deeply committed to preserving the character of our village while promoting its fiscal health, public safety, and long-term sustainability for generations to come. My career has been defined by financial leadership, risk management, and public service. Balancing our budget and caring for the environment are not mutually exclusive. The Manor Leadership Team has a demonstrated record of sustainable and progressive environmental programs and initiatives to serve our neighbors. We remain committed to best environmental practices and oversee a comprehensive waste management program, continually adding to our environmental and sustainability initiatives.
